Professional Assistant Marcia Greenley

I am a professional and highly-experienced online personal assistant and legal assistant.

I created my own virtual assistant business to help speakers, authors, consultants, coaches and legal professionals regain control of their days while continuing to build their businesses. With my help, these entrepreneurs can focus on the profit-generating segments of their businesses knowing that the administrative tasks are being taken care of professionally.

Experience

I spent over 30 years as a professional assistant in nationally known law firms in Dallas, Texas. In addition to working with legal professionals, I have also assisted speakers, authors, consultants, and coaches.

Assisting Legal Professionals

From 1980-2010, I worked at two of the nation’s largest law firms as a professional assistant in the corporate, real estate and litigation sections. My duties included administrative, secretarial and personal assistant tasks.

Supporting Coaches, Speakers, Authors and Consultants

Working with coaches, speakers, authors and consultants, I have taken on a variety of tasks, including: assist authors with self-publishing their books, social media management, creating and preparing databases, assisting with huge mail outs to clients, creating and sending out electronic monthly newsletters to clients, creating and sending electronic surveys to clients, and other administrative projects.

I grew up in Ferguson, Missouri, a suburb north of St. Louis. As a young adult, I seized the opportunity for a new adventure and moved to the Dallas, Texas area where I found work and decided to stay and live. I am currently living just east of Dallas with my husband and our furry, four-legged child, Ruthie.

In my free time, I indulge my creative side by dabbling in photography. Wanting to keep up my photography skills and learn more and more about photography, I have recently become a member of the Crazy Women’s Photography Club in Rockwall, Texas. As a member of the CWPC, I take part in many different outings, such as trips to the Dallas Arboretum, Balloon Festivals, local cook-offs, etc. Each month the club posts a photography challenge so it’s members have opportunities to learn different photography techniques.
